Problems related to your computer hardware (except modem connection problems).

Operating system problems unrelated to Zetnet supplied software.

Queries on the use of HTML and Java etc. on web pages.

Suggestions and complaints about various aspects of the system -
these should be made to the appropriate newsgroup.

What to do before contacting Technical Support

Re-start your machine and see if the problem still exists.

Check the appropriate user manuals and help files for a solution.

If you can connect check the Zetnet FAQs & HowTo web pages which may help. Please read the MOTD as it may show relevant information.

Take a note of any error messages and where they occur, plus any other relevant information.

If possible be at your computer and have it running, if not have a pen and paper to hand.
