The Contact Manager consolidates all address book functions previously in ZIMACS and Zetset. Press the Addr. button on the Main, Mail or News screens to start the Contact Manager:

 

 

 

 

Select an entry to display or add additional information:

 

 

Use the View button to change display from email addresses to names:

 

 

Icons on the toolbar can be used to add, delete or modify an entry.

 

Mailing lists are handled by the Contact Manager as well, click the Lists icon:

 

 

 

Addresses can be added by dragging across from the left pane or by entering an address in the box beneath the drop down for the list name.

 

Addresses held in external files can be imported with the Import icon.
