How do I use the Zmerge utility to merge two ZIMACS databases?
The Zmerge utility allows you to integrate the information from one ZIMACS database file into another. You can import the address book, the killfile, or email and news items into a database. Open the folder containing the installation of ZIMACS that you wish to import data to, and doubleclick the file called zmerge.exe. The database you are importing data from must be accessible, either on the same computer or over a network. Please ensure that ZIMACS is not running when you run this utility.
Upon running the utility, a window similar to that shown above will appear. Click the Source button to select the database you wish to import data from, and then click the button(s) to import the address book, mail and news, or killfile as appropriate.
