Dial Up Networking needs to be installed before you install ZIMACS. To check this, open My Computer. If there is a folder called Dial Up Networking you need take no action and can continue with the installation.

If this folder is not present, you need to install Dial Up Networking.

1) Open control panel and doubleclick the "Add/remove programs" icon.

2) Go to the "Windows Setup" section and click once on Communications in the list that appears.

3) Click the details button, and tick the box besides Dial Up Networking

4) Click OK in the window headed "communications", and again in the window headed "Add/remove program properties". Note that at this point you may be asked to insert the Windows CD, so please be sure that it is available. If Windows asks you to restart, select yes. You can then continue with the installation of ZIMACS.
